Commitment to Security

We promote a working culture in which collaboration in teamwork prevails, with people at the centre of human and corporate commitment. In this sense, we seek to integrate personal growth and business development in all the projects we carry out.

Most of our professionals are between 30 and 45 years old and come from the Andévalo region (Huelva) and the city of Huelva.

The activity in which our projects are developed requires the involvement of all the departments and areas that make up Tharsis Mining: general services; administration and finance; prevention; mining and safety; environment and water; legal; geology; IDi and metallurgy; and new explorations. Furthermore, equality and training are an acquired commitment, standing as two basic and transversal pillars in all our activities.

Equality

At Tharsis Mining we maintain a clear commitment to the establishment and development of policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities for all people.

For this reason, we promote measures to achieve effective equality and contribute to the elimination of any discrimination, especially those directly or indirectly caused by gender.

Continuous training

We promote training and environmental awareness through our Integrated Management Policy, which covers both occupational health and safety and the importance of quality in all our processes. We actively involve our team in the system, making them protagonists in its implementation and continuous improvement.

We develop our annual training plans to improve the skills of the professionals who form part of the company.

In addition to specialised training in our field, in which we are constantly updating our knowledge, special emphasis is placed on improving digital and language skills.
